Our client is one of the largest American multinational food-manufacturing company producing cereal and convenience foods with over 32,000 employees worldwide.
Client has determined to change the organizational structure of its business to ensure right operating model and to deliver profitable growth in the future.
Changes like consolidating several business units into a single business unit and combining the sales team of all these businesses within a single sales organization were part of this program to improve customer focus and achieve better growth.
With the changes to the organizational structure, several systems and applications required updates to support the new structure.
TekLink has provided a review of architecture and design for multiple BI applications to assess the impact of the organization restructuring. This includes application across different technologies and landscapes.
Further, we also designed and developed the changes in various systems needed to ensure there is minimum impact on reporting and existing business KPI’s. This included helping the client with functional testing of reports and coaching power users about the impact of change in business reporting.
