Advisory Phase: After reviewing the existing process and analyzing stakeholder requirements, TekLink SMEs recommended the implementation of SAP BPC to automate the process. ASAP methodology was used with the defined phases of Blueprint, Design, Development, Testing, and Go live.
Technical Phase: A BPC model was created to store the required information. A loading process was developed to load and validate the source data. A security process was configured to allow access to the authorized data. A process was implemented to ensure proper distribution of activities among the data owners, reports and dashboards were created to support reporting and analysis activities.
Maintenance Phase: In this phase, the focus was to ensure steady-state maintenance of the solution. Documentation was created and training was provided to the support team.
