Client’s IT resources and finance were consumed providing reports and analytics to various departments to run the business versus focusing their higher value resources towards changing the business.

 

The Solution

Build a business-friendly data foundation to allow Ad-hoc Self-service reporting and Analytics for Supply Chain Business Group on SAP Data through Azure and Power BI.

Created useful Dashboards for Executives, which provide an excellent overview of the business including Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance KPIs.

Integrated valuable data from the Client’s CRM (Salesforce.com), BW4/HANA, S4/HANA, and Ecommerce Data (files) to build a central Data Hub for Self-Service Analytics for Supply Chain, Sales and Quality departments.
